MarginGuard Privacy Policy
MarginGuard processes each merchant's Shopify order, refund, customer-email and product-cost data only to calculate explainable exclusion signals and write them to that merchant's Klaviyo account.
Data and security
Provider credentials are encrypted at rest. Store data is tenant-isolated. MarginGuard does not store card data, postal addresses, phone numbers or message content.
Deletion
Shopify privacy requests are handled through customers/data_request, customers/redact and shop/redact webhooks. Customer redaction removes scoring and identity data and anonymizes retained orders; shop redaction deletes the store and all dependent records.
